Welcome to Mukonii! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mukonii platform (the “Service”) operated by Mukonii LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using Mukonii, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mukonii. If you are under 18, you must have your parent’s or guardian’s permission. By using Mukonii, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.


2. Accounts & Membership

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.

Paid memberships give you access to premium features. Subscription payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.


3. Use of the Service

Mukonii offers tools to create and customize your Electronic Press Kit (EPK), stream music (for promotional use only), receive anonymous feedback, list events, and monetize your brand.

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or infringing content.

  • Use the platform for illegal or abusive purposes.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the platform’s functionality.


4. Intellectual Property

All content you upload remains yours, but by uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content on Mukonii as intended.

We retain ownership of the Mukonii brand, platform design, logos, and original software features.


5. Music Streaming Disclaimer

Mukonii’s music player is intended for promotional purposes only. Streams on Mukonii do not generate royalties and should not be counted as official metrics for charting, DSP reporting, or royalty distribution.


6. Merchandise & Payments

Artists may use Mukonii tools to sell merchandise, tickets, and digital goods. All payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We are not responsible for disputes related to transactions or fulfillment of goods.


7. Feedback & Anonymous Comments

Anonymous reviews and comments are available on some EPKs. While we encourage honest feedback, Mukonii reserves the right to remove abusive, hateful, or harmful content at its discretion.


8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may cancel your account at any time.


9. Privacy

Use of Mukonii is also governed by our Privacy Policy which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.


10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

At Mukonii, your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our platform, services, and tools.

When you sign up or use Mukonii, we may collect:

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, password, billing information (if subscribing).

  • Artist Profile Data: Photos, bios, music, videos, social links, calendar events, and EPK details.

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, content shared, streams clicked, IP address, device/browser info.

  • Anonymous Feedback Data: Comments and reviews left anonymously on EPKs.

When you make a purchase (merch, tickets, donations), payment info is collected and processed by trusted third-party processors (like Stripe or PayPal) — we do not store your full card details.


2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain your account and EPK page.

  • Offer custom features and tools (music player, calendar, analytics, etc.).

  • Improve the user experience and platform performance.

  • Send updates, promotions, and product announcements (you can opt-out anytime).

  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or technical issues.


3. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share data:

  • With service providers to power our platform (e.g., payment processors, analytics tools).

  • If required by law, to comply with a legal obligation or protect rights and safety.

  • Internally, to feature top EPKs, share success stories, or spotlight trending members (with your permission).


4. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to:

  • Recognize your login

  • Measure traffic and engagement

  • Improve our features and services

You can manage cookies through your browser settings.


5. Your Privacy Choices

You have the right to:

  • Access and update your profile info.

  • Delete or request deletion of your account.

  • Opt-out of promotional emails.

  • Control cookie settings through your browser.
